Crash fix & namespace collision fix
Two releases in a day! I felt particularly motivated to jam on this today 馃挭
In addition to the Apple Silicon universal build in v1.3.0, this version contains:
- Fixes namespace collisions that would cause when using other virtual cameras that are based on my code, such as Canon EOS Webcam Utility (issues: #215 from @genkiyooka, #232 from @amirher, PR: #242 by me)
- Hopefully prevent a crash if something weird gets stored as the FPS value (issues: #228 from @yousifa, #233 from @coolduderules, PR: #241 by me)
