You an run this environment online through the Binder system if you don't want to set up your own Jupyter enviroment. Binder

If you want to edit any of the maco data, you will need to add a file named '.env' and set the variable FRED_API_KEY to your FRED API key. If you don't have one, you can get one here: https://fred.stlouisfed.org/docs/api/api_key.html . To learn more about loading environment variables into python, please see https://pypi.org/project/python-dotenv/. If you are okay with the existing data, just ignore the data_processing notebook and the umi_correlation notebook will work great.
