First release of plugin

With this version is possible:

• View all volumes from Website Mongol Friday Photos
• Added setting auto SlideShow:
  When you enter in a Volumen if has activated auto SlideShow, automatically start slideshow showing all fotos.
• View photo by photo if you enter in the volumen.
