Traefik doesn't support this. Not sure whether its even a thing for UDP, but traefik's dashboard has the placeholder. Suspicion is that this is why PiHole shows only traefik container as the client.

Configured DNS entrypoints (tcp and udp) for traefik, forwarding to pihole service.
Still an issue with pihole showing a single client (the traefik instance).
Opened a follow up request to support docker secrets with exporter
