Strict Mode in MySQL/MariaDB needs to be off (MariaDB 10.2.3, MySQL 5.7.5, and up) - But Formulize will do this for you if you haven't done it yourself.

If you have written custom code using checkForLinks, arguments have changed and been reduced to just first four, plus unified_display and unified_delete (two booleans at the end to control if only connections where those properties are turned on, are returned).

If you're using your own theme, then the theme/style.css file needs:
