…verride defaults
Purpose: to use the install demo with z-stream variants of the products involved without editing init.sh
Caveat: updated the bash version only (using the POSIX compliant getopts)
Example usage: ./init.sh -e 7.1.2-full-build -p 7.0.0.Beta01
