RaspberryPi webcam on Arduino Zumo Shield.

• Clojurescript client for remote controlling motors with accelerometer/mouse and viewing images (core.async, reagi, reagent, chord)
• Clojure http-kit websocket server for serving/processing images + serial connection (luminus template, chord, debian fswebcam)
• Arduino sketch for controlling servo angle (+ sensor readings) via serial

STATUS hardware is ready for testing TODO diagnose problems getting the Java Webcam library to work with RPi 2
