A Raspberry Pi Magic Mirror implementation, based on Web Components and NodeJS.

== CODE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION ==

Some (untested) installation guidelines

  1. Download this repository
  2. go to folder 'using-magic-mirror'
  3. npm install
  4. go to sub folder 'public'
  5. bower install
  6. go back to folder 'using-magic-mirror'
  7. Start Node server with node server.js
  8. Start web browser and visit 'http://localhost:3000/'

If you see an analog clock (which it a web component), than you've succeeded in lauching this project.

Log

May 5th, 2017 - this is the core of the application structure. A NodeJs server, a basic web page, some Web Components

Currently;

  • busy adding some RSS feeder in to the core.
  • busy connecting tot a weather service api.
  • Project works on Windows PC, but final project must be on Raspberry Pi (we're 'bending' this).
