BMC record ""Received a response with unexpected ID 0 vs. 1"" if the previous ipmitool command timeout.
I had checked #82 . Does this message is debug message? While the previous command timed out, no debug messages should be displayed on the next command.

IPMITOOL Version
ipmitool 1.8.19

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

When I try this issue, I cannot 100% to reproduce it.
1.Execute ipmi command
# ipmitool chassis power off
# ipmitool chassis power soft
2. Boot into OS and check sel log
3. Observe the abnormal reply:
Received a response with unexpected ID 0 vs. 1
Chassis Power Control: Down/Off

another abnormal reply:

Expected behavior
Debug messages should not be displayed on the next command despite the previous command timing out.
