This is a low priority issue.

If a layer has been assigned as a keyword, but is disabled in the QGIS layers list, it will not be available as an option. The reasoning behind this change:

  • A user might not know why the layer assigned as a keyword is not showing as an option
  • The data might contain an extremely large number of features, and the user might want to disable the layer in the layer's list to make canvas refreshing faster, especially on slow computers

Here "Vectorized" is assigned as a keyword, but not available as an event option:

Here "Vectorized" is enabled, but is now correctly an option available to a user:
