I have added an option for a style tag that if you add a rel='preload' in the tag, it now does this

<link rel="preload" href="css/styles.css" as="style"> 
<link rel="stylesheet href="css/styles.css">

instead of this

<link rel="stylesheet href="css/styles.css">
