Recaptcha plugin for Pyblosxom

To use this plugin

0) put the plugin your plugin directory

1) sign up for a key at http://www.google.com/recaptcha

2) put that key in config.py
 
 py['recaptcha_api_key'] = "..."

3) add the html for the Recaptcha plugin to the comment-form.html
   template.  Currently that looks something like

 </noscript>

4) remember to add the plugin to py['load_plugins'] if you have that
   set (i.e. don't just import all plugins)

TODO
 - failure for a well-meaning human is not very nice, Pyblosxom should
   remember the form values and re-populate them so they can easily
   try again.
