Interactively compile Python 3.4 source code into bytecode for the CPython virtual machine.

If you want to run it locally, clone the repository and install the dependencies from requirements.txt, then run these commands from the root project directory:
$ export FLASK_APP=webinter.py
$ flask run
You should be able to visit the website at localhost:5000 in your browser.
