Description

The aim is to separate the instantiation of a mesh's style from the creation of its geometry.

With those changes, we are able to redefine the style of a FeatureGeometryLayer interactively by using the new function of this type of layer : redrawLayer.

If you use this function, you simply convert the texture without reconstructing the meshes.

This PR is based on #2006 for the changes on the example and mixed with #2132 in Feature2Mesh.
