Setting up rofl
apt-get install git
git clone git@github.com/athanasius-project/athanasius.git rofl
cd rofl
git submodule init
git submodule update --recursive --init

now setup apache

add a new file to sites-available
Should look something like this...wher eyou replace /var/www/rofl with the location you checked out things to, and setting the server name to be the IP address of your system hosting rofl

==========begin example /etc/apache2/sites-available/rofl file ============

<VirtualHost *:80>
  ServerAdmin webmaster@localhost

  DocumentRoot /var/www/rofl/static
  ServerName my_host_name
  <Directory /var/www/rofl/static>
    Options -Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride All
    Order allow,deny
    allow from all
  </Directory>

  WSGIScriptAlias /index.html /var/www/rofl/wsgi-scripts/myapp.wsgi
  WSGIScriptAlias /query /var/www/rofl/wsgi-scripts/query.wsgi
  WSGIScriptAlias /summarize /var/www/rofl/wsgi-scripts/summarize.wsgi

  <Directory /var/www/rofl/wsgi-scripts>
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
  </Directory>

  ErrorLog /var/log/apache2/error.log

  LogLevel warn

  CustomLog /var/log/apache2/access.log combined

</VirtualHost>

==========end example /etc/apache2/sites-available/rofl file ============

then make a symlink from sites-enabled/rofl to sites-available/rofl

Now go ahead and import the database into a running mysqld server
note the information needed to access the database and copy
/var/www/rofl/wsgi-scripts/config_example.py to /var/www/rofl/wsgi-scripts/config.py and fill in the right permission information there

lastly go ahead and hit the
http://my_host_name/summarize

and that should construct the summary table from the current data
Every time data gets updated you need to run that script--if data gets updated often or live, then the summarize script may need to be updated correspondingly to only update newly added nodes

Now it should work :-)
