ibis-heavyai don't support newer versions of Ibis. So, we pin ibis to this specific version until a proper fix can be implemented.

This PR just pin ibis-framework==2 so that users get the supported version of ibis when installing this package.

Yes, I see that. However, with reference to #69, why version 3 is not considered a supported version of ibis?

Oh, sorry. I wasn't aware of this PR. I'll bump the ibis version to 3.0, then.
