A simple app that list mp4, mkv, avi or wmv images inside a dir with their corresponding images.
a.mp4 should have a.mp4.jpg
Just create an IIS website pointing to folder where your media files are and put this repo files in base dir. Thyou can browse this website from same network with a smartphone, tablet etc.
