Job2Twitter

So the catch is simple,

You provide api_keys for a twiter account.
I give you a url to use as a webhook.
I tweet based on data you send to that webhook.

Honestly, that's all this service does.

NB : `API_KEYS` should be placed in your env file for security reasons.
