easynotes v0.02

functions:
1、push your local note folder to remote webdav server recursively；
将本地笔记文件夹推送至远程webdav服务；
2、pull note folder from remote webdav server;
从远程webdav服务上拉取笔记文件夹；
3、config file is stored in current workspace;
配置文件放在当前打开的工作区中；如果打开多个工作区，会自动去遍历查找配置文件；目前仅支持一份配置文件；
