made dropdown content scroll

If the "Frequently visited" list needs more space than the given, its content is now scrollable.
This only affects the "Frequently visited" not the search results.

Creating this on github took me 5 minutes.

I am trying to create this on gitlab.com.

After 15 minutes of waiting for my fork of the repository I got the message:
"The import will time out after 15 minutes. For repositories that take longer, use a clone/push combination."

After a clone and a push. Now I get the message:
"Validate fork Source project is not a fork of the target project"

So after more than one hour of downloading and uploading repositories I have no Idea how to continue...
