  1. Ability to disable on small screens 

    Adding a "turn off point" option, being amount of pixels, under which all items will be moved outside the dropdown.
Also, added `event.target.parentNode !== _this.querySelector(navDropdownToggle)` condition in case the toggle button contains inner element (e.g. `span` or `i` being font icon).
