Hi, https://github.com/ggrossetie/asciidoctor-web-pdf/blob/main/examples/resume/cv.pdf is still live. What's worse is that this version does not contain the svg icons for phone or email, it makes it look like there is a problem with the output asciidoctor-web-pdf creates. Best to remove it! |

This PR extends example "resume" by adding a paged version. It addresses how to get a paged document in combination with a customized rendering.
The original example is unchanged, except that a preamble containing a running element has been added to resume.doc.
README.md has been updated to show what this demo is all about and how both version are generated.
This PR also removes
examples/resume/cv.pdfwhich appears to have no function any longer.
