Port Control Protocol (PCP) is the successor to NAT-PMP and has similar protocol concepts and packet formats, but adds IPv6 support.

@rosorio The switch to an HTTPS-enabled mirror has been removed as it is frequently unavailable. See miniupnp/miniupnp/issues/722. Maybe the reported bug description should also be updated.

The package version has just been updated in 81eb1a7.
