I never received a confirmation email

Make sure to check your spam folder. If you can't find it, you can always resubmit the form and click Resend confirmation to receive another confirmation email. If you still can't find it, reach out to team@formspree.io with a link to your form and the email you would like.

Common errors

Can't submit empty form

This frequently occurs when you are lacking the name attribute on your form. For instance, to add a subject, it should be <input type="hidden" name="_subject" value="New submission!" />

Receiving error code 4

This happens when you have multiple email addresses that you are trying to pass into an email field. This includes the _replyto, email, and _cc fields.
