Dear maintainers,

I would like to suggest the following changes to the flask-restful examples in order to improve its readability.

I have added docstrings to the code to provide a clear and concise explanation of the purpose and behavior of each class and method.
I added an help option to understand better the purpose of the task argument in the parser
