ANNA University Grade Scraper

Static HTML files works.

First use main.py to populate db, then use output.py to generate HTML code.

TODO : 
1. Expand to other colleges
2. Use Django-nonrel to enable GAE hosting
3. Implement "Export to .xls"
4. Be able to select students and do comparison
