The main purpose of this PR is to update React from 17 to 18. This is a necessary change as the project is currently broken with React 17.

Process

First, I updated package.json to be the latest react version.
Then:

yarn cache clean
yarn
yarn upgrade
yarn build


          Update deps and peerDeps
