Stable version

Just over 6 months after when the code was open sourced, we're releasing our first stable version!

This version doesn't add many big features compared to the initial code, but it caps months of testing, fixes, improvements and extensions, driven by community feedback and contributions. While the project will keep growing and changing, we feel that now is a good time to mark the current state as a stable reference point, for users who are looking for a reliable platform rather than for the latest changes.

v1.dev1: Other fixes to packaging

This is the second development pre-release of version 1. It introduces a few changes that should make it easier to extend and customize PBG but, most importantly, it fixes a divergence between the fb15k.py script that users downloaded from the master branch and the interfaces provided by the v1.dev0 version of PBG.
