Added some legal BS

For these reasons:

1. The law is too complex for most if not all lawyers to fully understand and I realise I should state in no uncertain terms that I take no legal responsibility for anything related to this repository.

2. Due to the above, I've added that anyone may use this repository and all contained within for non-commercial purposes and I would have no legal right to prevent that, in the hope that if any part is of use to the open source community the legal BS doesn't hold you back.

3. This is open-source software and its' supporting infrastructure was run at a significant (to me) financial loss. I will almost certainly never grant permission for this to be used for profit, unless an agreement is reached between all concerned parties and the profits are used to benefit the open source community.
