This is equivalent to release v3.1.1 of the upstream SignMeUp; the only commits that are new are the ones that change settings to be local to Cornell.

settings.json) refer to Cornell's Shibboleth IDP and map the attributes supplied by that IDP to user properties - E-mail validation in various places checks for @cornell.edu addresses instead of @brown.edu addresses
