Mixed Reality Recorder for Unity

Mixed Reality Recorder (MRR) is a Package for the Unity Engine that lets you record users of Virtual Reality applications inside the digital environments.

Requirements

Currently MRR is tested only on Microsoft Windows operating systems.

  • This version of MRR was tested on Microsoft Windows 10 64 bit.

Software

Following Software is Required to run MRR.

Hardware

Listed Hardware is Required to use MMR.

  • HMD (Compatible with SteamVR)
  • Vive Tracker
  • Webcam or Camera (With HDMI Output)
  • (HDMI Capture Card)
  • Greenscreen

Setup

Clone the repository and open the Unity project MixedRealityRecorder located in the Assets folder.

  • MRR is developed with Unity 2019.1.

MRR was tested with the listed VR systems.
