Permissions

The permissions are defined in the manifest.json file. Each permission name corresponds to an API of the same name. Each link in the table below will bring you to the corresponding API documentation.

Permission/API	Usage
bookmarks	Retrieve existing bookmarks and organize bookmarks
downloads	Download exported translation file
history	Sort bookmarks based on the time/date of last visit or visit count
storage	Store perferences/settings in local.storage
tabs	Open a tab for Settings, Configure Folders and Translation pages
