This currently fails due to a bug in router.js microlib (and Ember) that cause the default `error` action to be invoked without the original source route that triggered the error. This will need to be fixed (likely in both `router.js` and Ember itself).

Adds testing infrastructure for #477, but is blocked on fixes upstream.
