Out first repository for translations is transifex.
I created the space for the Slovak language:
https://www.transifex.com/elkarte/elkarte-11/language/sk/
I'll start uploading these two files.
If you want to contribute more, the easiest way would be to register at Transifex and work directly there, otherwise, you can continue translate here and I can migrate the content there (with a little delay 🙂 ).
