Installing

Move all share folder to your znc share installations

Tested

ZNC 1.4, 1.6.5.
1.7 nightly after tarbal znc-git-2017-12-21.tar.gz on git 1.7.x-nightly-20171223-42939c99 isn't recommended, cz i'm see webadmin was changed on listbihost (removed) and i18n supported!
And i think this will stag on 1.7 stable, see 1.7 changelog! Many have changed! =)
