This is a test RoR version for an OpenData Hackathon project that was built using NodeJS, soon to be open sourced.
I still have a lot of changes to do in this project. The code that you are seeing right now is a version built quickly just to see which framework worked best for the solution that we were thinking (ExpressJS vs RoR).
