This may not be the right way to approach this, maybe it's better to instead loop over the files/folders in the directory, lowercase them, and (for each) see if it matches the lowercased endpoint. (That would accommodate ridiculous things like
sTuDeNtScHoOlAsSoCiAtIoN.jsonl.) Making this a draft PR, let's discuss.
