Ubuntu 18.04

$ sudo apt install ruby-dev
$ sudo gem install bundler -v '2.0.1'
$ sudo gem install jekyll
$ bundle install
$ bundle exec jekyll serve

If update dependencies in Gemfile, then use bundle update to update Gemfile.lock.
