Phase 1

  • upgrade current installs
  • install required modules and get all developers current
  • create a feature for uploading images that includes a rating system (we envision this as a large proporiton of time as its something that we have not done before) once completed however feature building will not be as time consuming
  • add video upload feature
  • split the current document feature so that each group (teachers and students) have separate access
  • module integration (word filter, embedded media field)
  • theming/interface design decisions
  • navigation design
  • user roles and groups
  • front page theming

Phase 2

  • front page build out - public view
  • documentation for teachers
  • video feature bug fixing
  • testing, editing, creating video content
  • node translate
  • mms upload, email picture upload
  • testing

Phase 3

  • private blogs/public blog on user landing page
  • push to flickr
  • sub groups - split original group into 4 sub groups to work on assignments

Phase 4

  • Bullet list itemvideo documentations and tutorials
  • exhibition planning virtual worlds - this needs to be its own separate project
  • technical documentation and packaging for release as open source platform
  • promotion for both platform and virtual world exhibit
