The existing IPv6 regex seems to not catch all IPv6 addresses. An IPv6 address with :: in it does not get caught, for example, '2001:0db8:85a3::8a2e:0370:7334'. This is the format used by Firefox 45 and Chrome 50 on a Mac running OSX 10.10.5.
