An OJS plugin to allow the addition of fields to the submission process to gather article 
tracking data used by Ren&Ref, which maps the below.  They have a controlled vocabulary, 
which are handled by the OJS operator / editor

- Year (of publication), handled by publisher
- Issue  (of publication), handled by publisher
- Author Last Name
- Short Title
- Discipline 1
- Discipline 2
- Location 1
- Location 2
- Century 1
- Century 2
- Notes

Current issue: it causes the plugin screen in OJS to hang and not load the plugins UI.
