Thanks much for these Asciidoctor skins. However ...
When I did the following:
$ asciidoctor -a toc2 -a stylesheet=css/ubuntu.css myfile.txt
I was not getting a sidebar with the toc in it.
I read the discussion of issue #27 #27
So, I have changed all the ocurances of "url(//" to "url(https://".
I could not find where that has been fixed.
Could you please look at this PR and merge it if you agree that it fixes the problem correctly.
