The test to determine checkbox state was wrong, resulting in apparent nonpersistence and confusing state. Change-Id: I163d3518d2c5d4dd4765203e4f694f1f94967c33
The two checkboxes for "link volumes" and "link mute states", when horizontally placed, do not leave enough screen space for good translations. The english text can also benefit from elaboration. This change modifies the layout to use vertical alignment, expands on the default english text of the checkboxes, and provides a German translation. 1: Fix issue where Processor settings FC whenever one of the /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/* files is missing. 2: Cleanup for better overview. 3: No need to add empty content to disabled/removed elements. 4: Do not start the current cpu freq loop if the files needed are missing. 5: Also add the check for missing or empty files in the 'onResume' part. 6: Disable elements with missing files rather than remove them to maintain the layout. Don't reinstantiate mTabManager, otherwise previous reference to container is lost and fragment manager fails to find the container view upon rebinding.
