Web application to search for the best neighborhoods in Philadelphia

To run web server with Windows(*):

Activate virtual environment first:

1. Change into cd pennapps-fall-2015\Philly Zip\testPhillyZipcode\testPhillyZipcode\philly\Scripts
2. Activate virtual environment activate

Run server:

1. Change into testPhillyZipcode folder cd ....\
2. Call python and run "runserver.py" philly\Scripts\python runserver.py
