Contributing and issues

I welcome any contributions - big or small however if you would like to create a pull request I would appreciate some form of documentation.

In terms of issue creation - make sure that the title is concise and informative, and be sure to include a description of the issue or feature request along with instructions on how to reproduce and or how it should work.
