EEG-Inherent-Fuzzy-Entropy

% Signal Processing

This code can help you to analyse the EEG Inherent Fuzzy Entropy, which also allows to analyse Approximate Entropy, Sample Entropy, and Fuzzy Entropy.

Before runing the main code (an example named 'EEG_entropy_processing') to analyse EEG inherent fuzzy entropy, please remember to

  1. Add the "HHT_runcode" and "MSE_ALL" files in the run path.
  2. Change the data locations.
