  1. GDL90: traffic report GNSS altitude 

    GPL90 traffic reports expect barometric altitude. Convert
GNSS altitudes in traffic information to barometric altitude.
Estimate barometric altitude from reported GPS geoid height,
own geoid separation and barometric pressure.
