Status Application

CodeName:  jStatus

Utility app that will allow for the following:

* Get controller status
* Get / Set the controller's date & time
* Get the controller's version
* Get / Set memory locations on the controller

Communications can be done via WIFI or the COM port.

The app:
* is written in Java and should run natively on all platforms.
* uses the Eclipse IDE
* can use the WindowsBuilder plugin (by Google)
