== Description ==

CSSrefresh is a small, unobstructive plugin that monitors the CSS-files included in your webpage. As soon as you save a CSS-file, the changes are directly implemented, without having to refresh your browser.

== Installation ==

ONLY USE THIS FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT
1. Upload CSSrefresh to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress

== Remove plugin ==

1. Deactivate plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
2. Delete plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
