Configuration and Installation instructions
==========================

1) Preconditions

Have a compiler for Fortran 2008. Have configure, make installed on
your system.  The libraries LAPACK, BLAS, FFTW3, MPI must be installed
on your system.  The tools xmgrace, gnuplot are used for analysis
tools.

2) Installation

a) adjust one of the parameter files
(e.g. parms.osx_gfortran_accellerate) to your environment

b) execute make all_new
